Terms and Conditions.

Terms and conditions with Best Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd. As they set out our respective rights and responsibilities, please read them carefully. Additionally, terms and conditions we believe that you have had the chance to read the booking and conditions. It helps comply with them by asking us to confirm your reservation.

Terms and conditions for booking your trip.

1. Please follow the process on our website or submit an offline application form to make a reservation. Each person travelling needs to complete the appropriate application form. If you are under 18 at the time of booking, the application form must sign your parent. If you already checked the available plans and book any relevant period that will be great. Your reservation will confirm after we receive your completed deposit. Then we will give you our invoice and a contract will come into being between us. Please scan your invoice carefully as soon as you receive it.

2. A minimum deposit of $500 per person must follow the booking. We also give encourage an instalment plan made at least 3 months prior to departure with 50% of payment. It does not arrive at the balance because of any reason, we reserve the reservation as cancelled by you. If you have cancelled the trip you must pay the cancellation charges.

3. Travel Insurance you must buy an entire plan of travel insurance. Which will cover medical, natural disasters, evacuation of helicopters, personal injuries, etc. To all our valued customers, this is highly suggested. Nepal Company has no travel insurance facilities available for tour participants.

4. Health: Except as stated in your medical questionnaire, at the time of booking. So you expect to confirm that you are in good health, capable of undertaking all aspects of the travel. In short, ignorant of the reason, you may not participate or may suffer illness or injury during the trip. If you can not provide an explanation for any reason or any medical condition that can affect your travel. Before submitting your application, you must contact us, so we can help you with the suitability of the trip.

5. Your personal belongings at Best Nepal Trek would not be liable for any loss or harm. You must carry your personal belongings such as a camera, bags or other personal belongings during the entire trip. Travellers and livestock, or by any means of transport could carry it. That means your personal belongings; baggage is at your risk.

6. We pledge to ensure that the travel plans we have agreed to implement are in effect. It is our duty to you to provide as made, carried out or provided with equal ability and care. This means that we will take care of these terms of booking. For eg, you have sustained personal injuries and your travel arrangements have not been made as expected. That’s not enough because of the lack of yourself. Our employees, agents and vendors will demonstrate their experience and concern when it is important to make your planned travel. We work completely independently of Best Nepal Trek and have our own terms and conditions.

7. In the unlikely situation that you have some reason to complain or notice some issues with your journey?. You must contact your tour guide or our closest agent or service provider immediately. In writing, it always provides all oral updates to our tour guide. If the tour guide does not fix any issues or concerns to your satisfaction. Then you could call the company. Details we presented during your trip to provide them with full documentation.

8. Things on our site and other promotional items at the time of release. It will, to the best of our understanding, know the facts. Mistakes happen, however, and details will change. You must also make sure that all aspects of your chosen trip (including the price) for your reservation are reviewed.

9. The required paperwork should be included in an order granting permits, records, etc. For all travel procedures that are not performed prior to the start of the journey. The lack of documentation documents is not our fault.

10. Clients’ Responsibility Clients are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the country set down by the Government. If the Client’s Participants of the Tour perform some illegal act, the Participants must leave the tour. In such a scenario, it would make no refund.

Terms and Conditions, Mode of Payment

– We accept cash, travel cheque, credit card, and wire transfer
Terms & Conditions for Booking.
– Non – refundable deposit of 10% must pay at the time of booking, and the booking form must complete.
– The final payment is one month before arrival.
– Travel insurance with unlimited medical coverage is compulsory for all trips to Nepal.
– A visa for Nepal is to be obtained before departure from your home country or can get at Kathmandu airport. Please note your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your return and two passport-size pictures are needed & USD 40 equivalent for 30 days for Tourist Visa.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation in writing receives by the Trekking agency more than 30 days before departure, the non-refundable deposit. We will retain (a maximum of 10% of the total land price) plus any air cancellation fees that may apply
– If cancellation is received within 30 days of departure, the following per-person cancellation fees would apply:
– 15 – 30 days before departure: 25% of the total price
– 7 – 14 days before departure: 35% of the total price
– Less than seven days before departure: 50% of the total price (except for the total cost of government fees)
– On departure day or later: 100% of the total amount.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Every effort will keep to the above itinerary, but this adventure in a remote mountain region cannot guarantee it! Weather conditions and the health of trekkers can all contribute to changes. The guides and assistants will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan. So, please prepare to be flexible if necessary.
